Does my Student need a tutor?

Not every student needs a tutor—but many benefit from extra support at some point. Your student may benefit from math tutoring if they:

  • Feel frustrated, anxious, or overwhelmed by math

  • Are falling behind or struggling with key concepts

  • Need help building confidence or improving grades

  • Understand some topics but get stuck on homework or tests

  • Want to strengthen their skills or get ahead

A tutor isn’t just for students who are struggling. Tutoring can also help reinforce understanding, develop better problem-solving skills, and build confidence in math.

If you’re unsure, a few sessions can help identify your child’s needs and determine whether ongoing support would be helpful.
